We were starting a long journey to France, with more than 7 hotels and that was the second stop. We took the hotel because it was the cheapest we saw in San Sebastian (very expensive in summer). Even so I have to say that it is clean and room was quite good in the subject of spaciousness. Breakfast was quite right. It is located in a commercial area or industrial park where there is also Burger King and Carrefour in case it is needed. It has parking right in front but during business hours. it is scarce, as there is quite a lot of movement,
We basically took the hotel because San Sebastian, at least in the summer, is very expensive, in fact this B&B cost us 133 euros a night, which I think is not cheap for what it offers since it is not centrally located and it does not have a swimming pool or anything else. It's on the outskirts so you know, car for everything. Otherwise it's all right.

The comfort and tranquility, despite being close to the airport you can not hear any plane. Good cleanliness and good value for money. The staff was very friendly and effective, check in and check out very quickly . Having a restaurant and a burger nearby, as well as tea or coffee 24 hours a day at the hotel is a plus. The hotel has parking for 7 euros a day but we found parking around the hotel, so no reservation was necessary. There is also a buffet breakfast for 8 euros with a reservation or 10 euros without a reservation, we did find the price a bit high and we had breakfast outside.. In case you need to spend a night near San Sebastian or villages, we will surely repeat!
The only thing I didn't like was that in the room we stayed in, in the bathroom, in the part of the toilet, it smelled of tobacco, we assumed that the previous guests would smoke there although it is forbidden. Just to comment on it and in case they can put some kind of air freshener to neutralize that smell since for me it was not pleasant.

Very good room, good size, big and comfortable bed, modern bathroom, functional and clean
It was not good: The first night I called at 12 pm because it was hot and a/c is not handled from the room (a discomfort) and did not take the phone so we slept with enough heat, second night I told the reception that I wanted to put it at a certain temperature from the afternoon because we would return at night, to reach some heat you see that it had been a while on and had been off. breakfast is correct, second day they were without some food (bread between them) and they took to replace. If it had not been for this couple of details the stay would have been perfect.

Good value for money. The check-in manager offered us the possibility of a room with a double bed instead of one with two beds. The room is spacious and has a lot of natural light. Correct cleaning. The environment is not very nice since it is in a polygon, but it is very close to Donosti. They offer free teas and coffees 24h.
In general the whole stay was very correct. To put some glitches, we would like to point out that, although the room was very bright due to the two large windows it had, there should be a focus of artificial light in the room for when it gets dark (there is a light in the small corridor/entrance of the room that does not cover the whole room). We also found it a bit annoying that on the day of the checkout the cleaning girl opened the door to the room twice, both before 11:30 (when the checkout was set at 12).

treatment of the workers was excellent, Miguel and his companion in the afternoon, we were very well attended on our arrival and later throughout our stay we advised places and to visit. room, large, clean and bright, with a minimalist decor but with very original and creative touches. full breakfast, sweet and salty and with great variety, perhaps the only snag is that the juice was not quite good. location, Location, is not something central and comfortable if you do not travel by car or if you want to be in San Sebastian but it is perfect if you want to have a place from which to go to see all the nearby places.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Hotel with modern, large, clean and well equipped rooms. The attention of the perfect and efficient staff, the normal breakfast, without homemade products, but there was everything. The hotel has a 24 hour service of meals (pre-cooked). Also free coffees, chocolates and teas 24 hours a day in 2 machines on the reception floor. In the buildings adjacent to the hotel there are several fast food shops. Free parking outside the hotel and paid parking for 7 euros inside the hotel.
Car needed, because it is located on the outskirts of the centre in an industrial estate. breakfast without natural juice. the company only has one person to attend to everything in the hotel (10 to the staff, who are attentive and do their best, even if they lack hands to attend to everything). the price is a little excessive, but taking into account the location (perhaps the dates of Easter did not help)

Big, well equiped and celan rooms. Nice and very helpful staff. Close to San Sebastian. Only 20 minuts from the city by car.
Hotel is very close to the highway. It's a bit difficult to sleep with the open window. It's also difficult to find the hotel with GPS but the reception staff was very helpfull with this issiue.
